System Undeliverable Message

Hi,

I am a network administrator using Exchange 2003.

We have an online employee who only accesses her email through the web.

Her problem is this – When she sends emails (all on the same server), she recieves a system undeliverable message yet the recipient did in fact receive her email.

Does anyone have any idea what’s up with that?
