System volume

My windows is C:\ disk, but I downloaded and installed some software from my E:\ disk.
Now I get frequently virus warnings from
E:\Systen Volume Information\….\…..\and some numbers. Delete, ignore. send to vault and deny access, will not work still again and again it pops up. I can`t view these files but I like to remove these System Volume Information files from this disk. How can I manage this? Every help is very welcome.
