Systems Recovery in XP Media Center Edition

I just received a Vista upgrade for a XP media center computer. The instillation instructions mention using Start/All Programs/Sustem Recovery/Create My Drivers-Applications CD.
Documation says it can use CD’s or one DVD.
The Media Center PC has this option under the Start but other XP systems don’t have it.

The actual programs are CD Creator.exe and INSTALL_APPS.EXE

The Applications are by Soft Thinks CD Creator.

I am trying to find out if this Application is available for XP systems as well.
