T/REP still wont accept new EMAIL acc

On my alias and my E-Mail account i am down as robmatthews12@optusnet.com.au so any answers that i receive WONT come to me as the new E/Mail (fly022@optusnet.com.au)is the only way that iwill receive any and all communication, so I am still in trouble and quite honestly cant realy see my way out of here.
