T-SQL – How do I find locations from IP addresses

I’m trying to query country, region and city locations from my email list using members IP addresses.

I’m running SQL Server 2005.

I’ve looked at converting to high and low values and querying from there but I also don’t have any IP address info to go by.

Any help would be very greatful!
