T1…fractional to full

hello all,
any help is good help…
I am running into a little bump in the road. Tomorrow is the day our fractional t1 is being updated to a full t1.
I am the quasi-it guy in-house. I am not sure what changes have to be made at the server level.
We are running SBS2003 standard with a pop3…a cisco 506e firewall and trend micro for virus protection.
Any ideas would help me out immensely(?!)
I just don’t want to wait and see what happens tomorrow..could get ugly!!
