Task Manager image invaild?

When I open the task manager via C+A+Del, a dialog box opens titled ‘Taskmgr.exe – Bad Image’, and in the text area it says, ‘The application or dll (physical location) is not a valid image. Please check against your installation diskette.’ I booted up in safe mode, and I receive the same maessage. What do I have to do in order to fix it. -Ken Hulabaloo@aol.com
