TCP/IP is still a problem!

I cannot seem to browse the internet when connecting to my ISP (using DUN!!!). I can “ping” the ISP’s DNS servers AND my DHCP-assigned address, but no Web pages! I have un-installed and re-installed TCP/IP, replaced wsock32.dll and winsock.dll and remove and re-installed ALL networking. Still no luck! Can anyone help?

P.S. My PC is NOT connected to a LAN!
