TCP/IP problem after disconnect from RAS

I have a win2000 server at home with a LAN card and ISDN adapter. I also have other machines at home + freesco (minilinux router) as DHCP server and for internet access. When I dial in to company via RAS ISDN all works fine, after disconnect no tcp/ip works anymore, even ping localhost. What’s wrong?
