Team foundation server

i want to know if anyone has experienced using team foundation server, installation is very typical , its toughest software i have ever installed :/
I am still confused with its configurations. I have seen video and tutorials but not everything is available in my TFS 2005 .
I wanna know ur experiences abt it , and can anyone please guide me and many others who are stuck with it.
First thing wanna know is, is
Team Explorer enough for the clients , or do i need any other software for the clients to connect and use team foundation server complete features.
