TECH Help?

Win7 backup on USB drive,trying to transfer to new win7 PC desktop?. Cant get any files to restore on newPC, could problem be Admin rights?. The Back-UP on USB drive is showing as Dallas-PC on my desktop&has 7.87GB but folder says backup ????? & File =MediaID.bin. Has anyone got any ideas to help?
