Tech Support, burned out, need change

I’ve been doing technical support in one form or another for nearly two decades, and feel it’s time for a change. I’ve worked as network support, sys admin, desktop support, field service, break/fix repair tech, and independent contractor. For quite a few years I have been an IC, however with the economic downturn, business doesn’t seem to be there. I am currently pursuing a BS in Business Technology Management from Regis University. The question then becomes what do I do with it?
