technet plus exam insurance con

Has anyone else excountered problems getting help from microsoft with their latest tesing promo.
My free technet plus subscription never showed up. I feel like I got ripped off by Microsoft. I know the software price makes it a rip off, but I never though they would directly rip me off with an offer of this type.
