Technical School versus College

Looking for opinions. I’ve got a B.S in MIS and was to get a couple IT certifications. Namely, A+ and Security+. Is it better to train at a technical school or take courses at a community college? The community college does offer A+ training courses and the technical school offers a PC Technician program.
