TechRepublic is one of the useless site, how many of you agree?

I posed a technical question on 3/01/08. But no one has replied either through the forum or sent a mail to my e-mail. Where as it is claimed that most of the talented members will reply to the questions asked. That’s how I came to this conclusion. How many of you agree?.
