TechRepublic restored my faith in customer service

On New Year’s day I posted the thread “TechRepublic denies refunds…”. Jason took the time to track down a copy of a “sold out” training CD and ship it and a TechRepublic mug to replace one damaged in shipping to me. Thanks Jason for making this right!!!!
