Techrepublic style discussion threads or wiki

Hi All,
I need to set up a wiki/discussion forum for a small project, which effectively shows threads in the same graphical way as the techrepublic site.

It needs to be clear how each comment links to another, and to be able to post documents. Any ideas on sites that currently do this?
