Tektronix printer problem!

We have a Phaser 560 and are experiencing fading when printing from our workstations to a print server (Linksys) to our color printer. When I do a self-test and technician test from the printer itself the colors look great, but then when we print from our workstations colors are marred and look terrible.. either faded or no definition in pictures…solid prints are fine. Anyone have experiene with this? Thanks.
