I wish to pursue my career in telecom field. Am working in Microsoft NOC for Global Telecom Operations. My profile is monitoring and troubleshooting Nortel PBX (11c, 61c and 81c PBX). The scope of troubleshooting is very limited and restricted, but the ITIL process is more. Am residing in chennai and would like to know where exactly they conduct the courses in chennai for telecom (PBX).
