Telnet Session From NT IIS Web Page

We have a task we run via telnet and would like to hook it into our management web page. For the first cut, we would be happy just to have a telnet service launched from the web page. Any ideas on how to do this?

We’re running NT 4 SP4. Anything off the shelf that would give us telnet?
