Temperature spikes on ryzen 5 3600.

Hi, I have a question about my new ryzen 5 3600 processor, it is installed in an asus b450-f, and while I am on the desktop or in games, it presents some temperature peaks, as it rises to 70º degrees and falls slowly to 62º and constantly rising again, I want to know if this behavior is normal for its operation, or am I forgetting something crucial.
