Template format not consistent

We recently upgraded from W95 to W00 and have discovered that some templates no longer appear correctly. On some systems a template will have the correct 3 pages and prints fine, on another the same template will have 4 pages and will print too large, overlap, etc. Does anyone have ideas of how to resolve this? Have tried several things to correct this.
