Terminal Server

I’ve just been tasked with managing terminal servers. There’s this software installed on the TS and it needs a keydisk to be in the floppy drive in order for it to work. On the TS, I’m able to execute the program but from users’ virtual desktop, I just can’t get it to work. It keep asking for the keydisk. Can any kind soul assist me in this matter please?
