Terminal Server

I have W2K Spk4, running terminal server. 1. When a regular user uses MS word 2000 and try to change the document file location in the Options menu the MS word ends it self. This does not occur with administrator.

What rights does regular users need for this not to happen?

2. Also when they go to log off they have option to Shut down the server. I would them not to be able to shut down the server
