Terminal Server

Intranetware is our choice of operating system. Have a windows 2000 server with terminal services installed. Have the novell client install. I have a user that needs access to the terminal server. He is already logged into novell at his workstation.He access terminal server the remote desktop client. I do not want this user to have to log in again to novell. I have other users that also use the terminal server. Is there a way for this particular user to bypass the signon (variables, command line).
