Terminal Server 2003 – connect with the same username twice

Before I has been workinng on NT4 Term. Serv. and was able to connect with the same username twice. Now I moved to 2003 Term. Serv. and when I’m trying to connect with the username already connected it kicks him off.
Does it suppose to work like that?
