Terminal Server 2003 Lockups

I am running Terminal Server on windows 2003 that locks up on ocassion for one of our workers. The funny thing is once it locks up and she looses connection nobody else can connect from outside the office. I can remote in with logmein to my desktop and establish a connection to her session from within the office. Once I reboot the server I can connect again from outside the office. Any ideas?
