Terminal Server 2003 r2 user acces rights

I have configured terminal server to launch a program when a user logs in, which works fine the problem I’m having is this program needs to access a shared folder to work correctly. The only way I can get this to work is if I give each user accessing the terminal server, domain administration rights, this obvoiusly isnt the best solution but nothing else seems to work.
