Terminal Server 2008 STD access to restricted folders/files

Hi! I’m supporting a windows TS server 2008 STD and have a problem with users being able to access restricted folders/files by browsing for folders and files via the windows search bar and opening them from there.

However when the user go to the folder without using search, they are blocked access(which is good in this case).

Any help will very much appreciated.
