I have just installed a Windows 2000 server in a Windows NT domain to run an accounting application to be shared across the LAN internally and remotley. This DL380 server also is running Terminal Server. Some persons locally and all of the users remotely via router can see this unit and use terminal services to operate the accounting program at a much faster rate on this server. However, since this install I have noticed that the connection to our ISP has become erratic lately. Lots of timeout and our ISP claims that this is due to the terminal services that is running. We are connected to our ISP via dial up using a netopia box. Our ISP providers claim that the terminal services is clustering the bandwidth on the dial up connection. Can this be possible? If so, what can I do to correct this issue?
