Terminal Server Client Printing Problem

I am using windows 2003 server as a Terminal Server. I have installed all the printer drivers in the TS. When connecting via RDP, users can see their local printers, but when they print, the print job sits at the printer (is listed in the printer’s jobs), but no print comes out of their local printers. Can anyone help solve this?
