Terminal Server Licencing

I have a Terminal Server on a site that had a licence held against an old PC. A new Pc was using a temporary licence. 2 days ago the licence for the old PC expired and the tempory licence expired yesterday. The expired licence is still showing against the old PC and hasnt released and the new PC cannot now connect.

Why hasnt the old licence become available. It is showing the date from 2 days ago for the expiry date.
