Terminal Server Pinting Problem

We have a remote office that connects remotely to our Windows 2003 server. All of the printers work fine except for one, a Sharp AR-M237. I’ve installed the same driver (pcl6) on both the server and the client and it shows up in the list of printers, but it won’t print. While trying to print, it shows up in the queue for a couple of seconds and then deletes it.

The client is using XP SP3 and the printer is connected by usb. Other printers in the office are connected by usb as well with no problems.
