terminal server profile move

I need to copy the users profiles from one terminal server to a new machine. This way their specific settings are on the machine already. I know how to use roaming profiles and that you can have a terminal server profile that is separate. I was told there is a tool that will copy the directories and reg edntries to allow this. Does anyone know the name of this product?
