Terminal Server Settings

I’ve just created a new terminal server (Win2003) and for some reason my display settings have on the thin clients are disabled and are set at 800×600 (16bit Medium color). Any way to open this up so the clients can have a higher resultion (some of my applications needs a higher resolution)?

The thin client is a neoware c50.
