Terminal Server System Hang.

I have a terminal server running citrix metaframe with about 20 concurrent connections. I am experiencing intermitent system hangs which require a hard reboot. The server was entirely redone on a new hard drive. Event viewer is not really showing meany patterns. I need a little guidance on where to start troubleshooting this problem.
