Terminal Servers Stop at Preparing Network Connection

I have 3 terminal servers and they all stop booting at the point that says “Preparing Network Connections”. 2 of them are Dell and the other is a custom but they all 3 do the same thing, and each one is a different model and has a different network card. one is integrated intel one is dual port intel one is single port intel. they are usually rebooted at 10pm and by 6am when users try to login to terminal services they cannot because the server is still preparing network connections. I have to call someone at the location to press the reset button and then they come right back up just like they should. Does anyone have any idea?? I have been googling this for a long time and have found nothing but DNS problems but i know thats not an issue.
