Terminal Service Installation problem

I remove my Terminal Service installation and now im trying to install it again. But when come to copyng files, system need file tsc.001 wich i dont have and donw know what it is.
Windows 2000 with SPx, Terminal Services installed before SP was applayed, mybe somewhere here is the reason of problem. Mhm.
