Terminal services

WHen I try to connect to terminal services in the satelite office I get an error stating that TS has exceeded the maximum number of connections
I know I’m the only one connecting and TS is on an alternate port so I’m no so worried about Hackers, So this leaves me with TS having an internal peroblem. So I thought if I Restart TS everything will be fine. fortunatly I have Telnet Access to that server so when I try to use net Stop “terminal services” it tells me I’m not able to do that with that service.
