Terminal Services

I would like to add new user to terminal services. We have a server with Server 2003 and we use Terminal services with Remote desktop connection ,this way we can share all applications installed in server. In the documents and setting of the server every users have is own folder with a “Windows” folder and others.
If someone can tell me step by step how to add new user, it’s will be appreciated.
