Terminal Services Manager

Hey,

Is there in Windows 2000 Terminal Services to make so that you can’t change the disconnect keys when you are disconnecting from controlling a session? Someone keeps changing the keys from CTRL-ALT to something else. Makes it difficult to end the session.
