Terminal Services on Windows 2000

We have a server runing win 2000 sp4 that we remote into
to run a database app called servant keeper. All of a sudden
no one can remote into it and I was wondering if there was a
way to reload terminal services? I have looked at the “add
remove windows components” control pannel, but “Terminal
Services” is not in the windows component list. Any
suggestions? Thanks!
