Terminal Session Printer

We have a Windows server 2003 environment using terminal services. client is having the problem where she can print fine from her local pc to a networked printer/copier but when she prints through terminal session the margins are too far to the top cutting off some wording. If we do it through an administrator account it works fine but will not through her account. We have tried making changes to the margins but still having problems, we think it might be a printer driver issue but not sure, we have the most updated for the printer/copier. Any Ideas.
