terminate MS SQL service automatically..

Hi, i am running server 2003 and i am seeking to terminate the MS SQL Service automatically during the night time to perform backup of the database.

I intend to backup the data generated and stored by an 3rd party Application Software that utilizes the MS SQL 2005 as its database.
