Testing DRAM on Cisco 3600

I just upgraded my labs 3600 router from 64MB to 128MB of DRAM. I was wondering if there was a way I could test the RAM…

I would normally let time and normal network conditions do this, but it is a lab and these are for testing purposes. So they are not used very heavily.. Any suggestions?
