TFTP server

Anyone can help??? How can i make my pc with XP prof installed in it as TFTP server? this is basically for me to backup our router and switch config files. i would like to copy file to tftp server. i have downloaded SolarWinds-TFTP-Server, however, my router seems to not recognizing the server. where should i actually need to start? please advise.
