The browser running on the Domain Controller

Not really an error but in my event log there in Event notices, information (not error or warnings) that states the following

“The browser running on the domain controller has lost an election. The computer that won the election is WDNAS….Event ID 8027”

WDNAS is my Western Digital NAS, little 4 drive box. (ShareSpace, WD4000)

Is this something I should be concerned about?

Domain controller is Server 2003 SP2, DNS, DHCP, Catalog..etc.
