“The Family Safety software installed on this machine is out-of-date.”

I have a staff user that is getting this error daily upon startup. I have Googled the phrase “The Family Safety software installed on this machine is out-of-date” with no real results. I am initially suspecting Norton but would appreciate any other suggestions.
