The IIS Admin Service not starting

ISS Admin Service is not strating up. I’m getting the following error: The IIS Admin Service service terminated with service-specific error 2149648394 (0x8021080A)& Error parsing XML file. Reason: End tag ‘IIsMimeMap’ does not match the start tag ‘Custom’.
