The name you specified is not a valid window domain name.is the specified name a kerbores v5 relam.?

I am having two windows server. One is windows 2003 server and other one is windows 2000 server. I want to create two way external trust relationship from window 2003 server.
But when i start to create new trust relationship and giving write domain name or net bios name it gives me an error and it creates only relam trust relationship .

Error is “The name you specified is not a valid window domain name.is the specified name a kerbores v5 relam”

Now what to do . plz help.
